Content removal & safety
Last updated: July 29, 2026
If an intimate photo or video of you — including an AI-generated or altered “deepfake” — was shared through ArmaraOS without your consent, you can request removal using the process below. We aim to remove qualifying content and known identical copies within 48 hours of a valid request.
1. Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII)
Under the U.S. federal TAKE IT DOWN Act(Public Law 119–12), covered platforms must provide a process for identifiable individuals (or their authorized representatives) to request removal of non-consensual intimate visual depictions — including authentic images and AI-generated “digital forgeries.”
AINativeLang Inc. operates ArmaraOS as a covered platform when we host or make available user-generated images through chat and image generation features.
How to submit a removal request
Use the form below or send a written request to hello@ainativelang.com with the subject line TAKE IT DOWN removal request.
By email, include:
- Your full name and contact information (email and, if helpful, phone number);
- A description of the content sufficient for us to locate it (for example, a shared chat link, screenshot, approximate date, account email used, or image URL on armaraos.com);
- A statement, in good faith, that the intimate depiction was published without your consent (and any information that helps us verify lack of consent);
- Your signature (physical or electronic / typed name).
If you are an authorized representative, include proof of authorization and the identifiable individual's contact information.
After we receive a valid request, we will remove the depiction as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours, and make reasonable efforts to identify and remove known identical copies we control (for example, copies stored in our chat image storage).
You may also file a complaint with the FTC at TakeItDown.ftc.gov if a platform fails to comply with the law.
2. Other illegal or harmful content
Report other violations of our Terms of Service, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), threats, hate content, or unauthorized deepfakes, to hello@ainativelang.com. For CSAM, we may preserve evidence and report apparent violations to the NCMEC CyberTipline as required by U.S. law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A).
3. Copyright (DMCA)
Copyright complaints are handled under Section 17 of our Terms. Send DMCA notices to hello@ainativelang.com with the elements listed in the Terms.
4. Image generation rules
ArmaraOS image generation is available only to users who are at least 18 years old and who comply with our Terms. We block prompts and reference uploads that appear to request illegal or high-risk content, including CSAM, non-consensual intimate imagery, graphic violence, and deceptive election deepfakes. Generated images in chat are labeled as AI-generated.
Automated filters are not perfect. You are responsible for how you use Output and for complying with applicable law in your jurisdiction.
